Fees and payment conditions

Local loan is free.

Interlibrary loan has to be paid:

delivery charges to be paid to Sicilian Region Saving Banks for receiving texts from Italian libraries is € 4,63 for each volume, plus each receiving or lending Library’s fixed fee.

International loan: 1.5 voucher (€ 12,00) plus each receiving or lending Library’s fixed fee.

Reproductions fees:

A4 format € 0,10;

A3 format € 0,15;

digital pictures € 0,40;

digital scans € 1,00;

each CD or DVD used for acquisition of images € 1,00 (the use of personal pen drives is forbidden for security reasons);

Variable shipping charges are to be added to reproduction fees.

reproductions prepayment must be made only with PagoPa modality through the following link:

Log into Mostra Assessorati, then select the Department: Assessorato Beni Culturali e dell'Identità Siciliana and the service: codice tributo 1410 capitolo 1902;
fill in the fields relating your personal data, the required fields, the amount of the payment and the reason of the transfer also writing: BRS-MESSINA.

A copy of the payment receipt must be sent to our Library.

The “Biblioteca Regionale Universitaria Giacomo Longo” of Messina, being a public Institution, doesn’t issue any invoice and is not subject to VAT (Value Added Tax).
Payment for digital reproductions concerns the “Cassa Regionale” (“Beni Culturali” Codex, D.L. 42/2004, art. 110).
