concessions of use of the cultural assets, of the functioning of the
museums, of the permission for reproductions and the management of
the services is regulated by the D.M. 18.11.85 (G.U.R.I. 281 del
29.11.85), by D.L. 14.11.92 n. 433 (G.U.R.I. n. 270 del 16.11.92)
converted to Legge del 14.01.93 n. 4 Legge Ronchey (G.U.R.I. n. 11
del 15.01.93) and following rule whose at D.M. 31.01.94 n. 171
(G.U.R.I. n. 58 del 11.03.94 repeal by D.M. del 24.03.97 n. 139
which passes a new law) and by D.M. del 8.04.94 (G.U.R.I. n. 104 del
06.05.94) which fix the tariff of the fee and of the compensation
and the formality. All rights above indicated are taken from the
T.U. of which the D.L. n. 490/99, as well as from the circulare of
the Assessorato Regionale BB.CC.AA. n. 23 of the 25.06.2002. |
